The Museum is housed in two towers of Caernarfon Castle. The Regiment won 14 Victoria Crosses during the First World War

As one of Britain’s most senior generals, Lt-Gen Riley has also written The definitive history of the Regiment from the end of the Second World War to 2000. Volume VI (1945-69).

Founded in 1322. One of the City of London Livery Companies, for which it still has connections with the Armed Forces today.

In his capacity as a Liveryman, Jonathon Riley spoke at the Agincourt dinner of the Bowyers' Company in 2011 and at the Card Makers' in 2013, as well as other more recent events.
